Principal
Jared is a seasoned grant-writing leader with more than five years of federal experience and an MBA. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security, a master’s in Homeland Security & Disaster Management, and two board certifications in Security Management and Physical Security. To date, Jared has authored over 1,000 grant proposals with a 90%+ success rate—securing more than $100 million in funding for his clients. He combines deep writing expertise, compliance know-how, and strategic insight to make your success his top priority.
Matthew Goodman
Consultant
Matt was the Director of Security for a private security company for over 10 years. He led operations focused on safety, risk mitigation, and crisis response.
Matt’s security background makes him uniquely equipped to help nonprofits protect what matters most—people, property, and purpose. He knows how to identify vulnerabilities and align them with strategic grant opportunities to fund everything from infrastructure upgrades to enhanced programming and outreach.

Consultant
Phil served six years in the Air Force as a military police officer, specializing in anti-terrorism and base security operations overseas. With extensive experience in security management and leading large teams, he brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to his work. As a non-profit consultant, Phil prioritizes each client’s organizational needs and long-term success, guiding them through the funding process with the same strategic focus he brought to his military career.
